A buyer selects a product online with a card-specific discount and raises a payment request in the Seizo app.
A verified cardholder accepts the request and securely completes the payment with their eligible card.
Our RBI-compliant wallet handles the funds. The buyer pays the discounted price, and the funds are locked in escrow.
Upon order completion, the buyer gets their item, the cardholder earns a commission, and Seizo takes a small service fee.

Absolutely. We operate with a wallet-based system aligned with RBI guidelines. By using an escrow mechanism and avoiding direct sharing of any card information, we ensure every transaction is secure and compliant. All users are also KYC-verified to maintain a trusted community.
Once a transaction is successfully completed, the platform automatically releases the funds to the cardholder's Seizo wallet. This includes the principal amount (to pay their credit card bill) and their earned commission. They can then transfer this amount to their bank account.
Seizo is free to join. We charge a small service fee that is a portion of the total discount value. This fee is only applied on successful transactions. Our model ensures that the buyer always saves significantly, and the cardholder always earns a fair commission.
Our platform has a built-in dispute resolution and returns process. If an order is cancelled, the funds held in escrow are returned to the buyer's wallet. We facilitate the return process to ensure the refund is credited back to the original cardholder's account seamlessly.
